Step 1 步驟一

Stick velcro tape according to its colour and shape
依據魔鬼氈的顏色和形狀貼上

Step 2 步驟二

Sit on a chair. Put on Arm Care carefully on injured arm
慢慢地套上Arm Care於受傷手臂

Step 3 步驟三

Fasten the black small buckle and tighten the strap over your arm
把黑扣子扣上並束緊黑帶固定於大手臂

Step 4 步驟四

Put the sling around your neck
把吊帶圍繞於您的頸項

Step 5 步驟五

Fasten the buckle on the red strap until you hear a click
把紅帶上的扣子扣上直到您聽到扣起來的聲音

Step 6 步驟6

Pull the red strap to tighten and to adjust suitable length
拉紅帶束緊以調整適合的長度
